Fantastic facial, I was so relaxed and comfortable. The heated bed made me so cosy and the products smelt so good. The overall atmosphere was fabulous. The actual facial has left me feeling fresh faced and glowing. The neck and shoulder massage was an unexpected perk!! Overall I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone and everyone!!!

I had an amazing experience at my Botox appointment with Gemma. The room was lovely and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere. Gemma was gentle and highly experienced, making me feel safe throughout the procedure. I was also provided with plenty of information. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering Botox!

I had a facial with Gemma and it was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming, and the treatment room was beautiful and relaxing. I really appreciated how Gemma talked me through each step of the facial, letting me know what to expect with things like the steam and cooling treatments. I spoke with Gemma following some lumps in my lips from dermal filler. She completed a face to face consultation, the option we agreed on was to dissolve the filler I currently had. I was able to speak to her prescriber that day, and with Gemma’s knowledge and just organisation in general I felt really confident with what was happening. I’ve now had my lips dissolved from Gemma a few days ago, she was so efficient and I also don’t have any bruises! Can’t wait to get my lips refilled again!
